3. Like ourselves, successful tutoring programs focus on the student and their individual needs. This will include one-on-one sessions and customized programs that will meet the student’s accommodations. Many children who struggle in school need a supportive environment where they can work through difficult concepts in a way that works for them. Large class sizes and a lack of one-on-one when in a lesson being taught can end up leaving struggling students behind. One-on-one tutoring is what keeps the student prepared and included in the class lesson.
