My style is to be simple, direct, and informative. I use the SMART goals theory to help learners be successful.
My teaching goals are:
S-specific: To help the learner with specific goals to achieve effective planning.
M-measurable: To help the learner reach their progressive potential as necessary.
A-attainable: To help the learner accomplish their goals at a reasonable level in the time-frame.
R-relevant: To help the learner align their goals with their values and objectives.
T-timely: To help the learner set realistic yet ambitious and motivating goals for tasks that are a priority.
